We have a dedicated team of professional trade operatives offering a wide range of services. The company’s main area of business in the provision of repair, maintenance and improvement services through partnering agreements with the social housing sector in the Midlands.

We at L Daniels Property Maintenance Limited have been providing its services to RSL’s since 1957 throughout the West Midlands. During this time we have learnt and grown with many new and existing clients. This experience and willingness to listen, learn, involve and challenge has provided our business with clear values that challenge, embrace and understand its services that can and do have an impact on the areas we work.
